Getting Started

If you don't yet have an account but want to try A-Ops you can contact sales@secureack.com who will arrange access to a demo tenancy for evaluation. Additionally, SecureAck offers community and lab tenants which can also be requested by contacting the sales teams.

To access A-Ops use the "Console" link below

New tenants will need to deploy a worker.

Workers provide a data segregation layer between customer data being used in the context of an automation and the wider A-Ops platform. Due to this requirement and SecureAck's commitment to security workers are usually deployed by customers into there existing environment. This deployment methodology reduces connectivity complexity and ensures that customers remain in-control.

Refer to our worker installation guide for more detail

Worker Installation

Once the worker is installed and running it should appear in the workers status page

Worker Status

If you experience any issues getting workers up and running then our technical support team is on hand. The fastest way to contact them is ether via a customer Teams channel if one has been setup or by contacting support@secureack.com.

Out of the box A-Ops purposely comes without any installed integrations this is so that customers are in control over what components are used and allowed to run on the workers.

Using the integration installation page linked below, you can browse the available integrations and install the ones that are relevant for your deployment.

Integration Installation

Once you have installed any required integrations you are ready to start building out your automation use-cases.

We recommend that review the following documentation for an overview of building automations.
